Derived from Voltaire's famous maxim "Ecrasons L'Infame", ECR.LINF couldn't be anything but a struggle against obscurantism set against a Black Metal backdrop. Drawing its essence from dark hours, the project delves deep into a philosophical and (mis)anthropic battle led by current and former members of Svart Crown, No Return, Hyrgal, Demande à la Poussière, Ophe, and Jarell.
"Belluaires", band's debut album, is something absolutely devastating that starting from Post Black Metal meets Hardcore music and the most dissonant Noise atmospheres in the vein of bands such as Deathspell Omega, Ba'a, Behemoth, Glaciation, Somn, Sombre Héritage.
This is ECR.LINF, the last desperate cry of a rotten humanity.
