An outstanding, beautiful album this is! The diversity could turn some listeners off, but Helga goes everywhere here-- doom metal, shoegaze, pop, and folk with panache.
Even if it can be disjointed, I've been listening to it all week. This is a favorite this year, 110%. dswest
The variety and variations, along with the exceptional track lengths, means you will need to listen to this at least a thousand times in order to pick up every aspect and nuance of the album. The guest appearances - and instrumental diversity - are also a true highlight. This is part of what makes this recording so enjoyable: with each subsequent listen, a new and interesting aspect of a track commits itself to your memory. M Elliot
Tokyo band contrast black metal's brutal complexity with shoegaze's abyssal grandeur, resulting in an LP that feels crushing, yet infinite. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 24, 2022
A true masterpice. As a mountain guide and a mountain pasionate I must confess, this is the music that helps me connect with the beauty and the roughness of the peaks. bandcamping666
